DIRECTOR OF MASTERING MEDIATION

Victoria Krüger is currently pursuing a Master’s in Development Studies at the IHEID, where she leads the Mastering Mediation Team. Deeply committed to alleviating conflict-related suffering and fostering sustainable peace, she aspires to help create environments where people can flourish. She joined the PBI as it offers a platform to translate her aspirations into tangible, impactful actions - closely aligned with PBI’s mission. Beyond this, PBI allows her to collaborate with exceptionally talented and insightful colleagues, providing invaluable opportunities for shared growth and learning in the pursuit of peace.
