As the Executive Director of ICT4Peace Foundation, Anne-Marie Buzatu is a pioneering cybersecurity governance expert who bridges technology policy and human rights frameworks, previously serving as Deputy Head of Public-Private Partnerships at DCAF where she developed the International Code of Conduct for Private Security Service Providers.

She’ll be sharing her insights on “Multistakeholder Approaches to Cybersecurity and Human Rights in Digital Peacebuilding”.
